1. About ZingLime

ZingLime ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website zinglime.com and the web application at app.zinglime.com (the "Service"). ZingLime is a social media scheduling and management platform that enables users to connect their social media accounts, schedule content, and manage their online presence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZingLime. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using ZingLime on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Use of the Service

Permitted Use

ZingLime grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business social media management purposes.

Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Service to post spam, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content
• Violate the terms of any connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicence access to the Service to third parties
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service in ways not provided by ZingLime
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Connected Social Media Accounts

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts. By doing so, you:

• Authorise ZingLime to access, read, and post content on your behalf using the permissions you grant
• Agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• Acknowledge that ZingLime is not responsible for the actions of those platforms or any changes they make to their APIs

You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your ZingLime account settings or directly from the third-party platform.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service ("Your Content"). By using ZingLime, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Your Content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

7. Subscription and Payment

Plans

ZingLime offers free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our Pricing page.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. A free plan is available to evaluate the Service before subscribing. By upgrading, you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to evaluate ZingLime.

Price Changes

We may change pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase before it applies to your subscription.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the proprietary property of ZingLime. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
